Pre Purchase Home Inspections - Report cover major and minor Structural defects. In some cases we usually take floor levels of the home to check for any major structural movements. We then provide comments and recommendations if required.

Energy Rating- Our energy rating assessors are qualified to provide House Energy Ratings anywhere within Australia. We provide stamped rated plans and a report with all required recommendations to achieve 6 Star rating. We also conduct Section J reports for commercial structures as Per BCA Volume 1.
